The Kieft Seed perennials team will showcase their latest introductions in The Gardens at Ball. Look for perennial plantings of these newly developed plants when you visit. The Leucanthemums White Lion and Madonna, as well as Aquilegia Earlybird, are highlights we’ll feature in this blog. But be sure to check them out in-person at Ball Seed Customer Days in July.
Leucanthemum White Lion can be grown in short days, perfect for those early-Spring sales. Ideal for an annual production schedule. No supplemental lighting needed, it flowers under natural days. Then be sure to include Leucanthemum Madonna for your Summer sales. With both options, you have a complete Shasta package.
The Aquilegia Earlybird series was launched in 2021 and features strong colors. Earlybird has a low cold requirement and short juvenility for growing in warm Winter climates.
