Large, round flowers have candy-pink edges merging into lime-white with a black center. The width of the pink depends on the season. Interspecific forms of perennial Poppy bred to stand the hot Summers of California and stay in flower longer. Petals are glossy, thicker than most varieties and last longer. In temperate climates, a second flush of blooms is common. They are not tolerant to high humidity.
