A Darwin Perennials Introduction.
Clumps of large, deeply divided, fan-shaped foliage. Stems with clusters of small, white, star-shaped flowers rise in Spring just before the foliage. Summer heat brings out purple-red foliage coloring which starts at the edges and creeps inward so that by Fall, only the very centers of the leaves remain green.
