This is a “best-of-the-best” form of basil that has a a licorice flavor when cooking  – try adding it to curry recipes. Be sure to harvest regularly and remove flowers to keep leaf production going.

High-yielding; vigorous, large-leafed Thai type. Spicy and very aromatic.
